Postage and Delivery
We offer a selection of delivery methods, catering for either standard or special delivery. All deliveries are fully insured against loss or damage. You will be able to select your preference when you checkout.
The options offered are:
a. UK: Royal Mail first class recorded, or Special Delivery next day. We no longer offer parcel post as this cannot be tracked.
b. Europe: Airmail International Signed For (5-7 days), Surface Mail International Signed for (2-5 weeks)
c. Rest of the World: Airmail International Signed For (3-5 days), Surface Mail International Signed for (varies dependant on location).
d. For shipments outside the UK, The Retro Co. will not be responsible for additional charges such as customs, taxes or duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery lead time
a. Every item is hand-picked, checked and securely packed to avoid any transit damage. Orders are normally shipped within 3 working days, but we do try to get orders sent out faster than this.
b. "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank or public holidays.
