a. By agreeing to order products on this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. b. The sellers acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product or service and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party. c. Where for any reason the product/service cannot be provided within 30 days any payment will be fully refunded. Payment methods a. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card via Paypal, or directly through your Paypal account. b. Your card and contact details are secure when you place your order online at The Retro Co. c. When you have entered your items into the shopping basket and are ready to complete your order, you will be directed to our secure server, which is hosted by Paypal. a. UK: Royal Mail first class recorded, or Special Delivery next day. We no longer offer parcel post as this cannot be tracked. Delivery lead time a. Every item is hand-picked, checked and securely packed to avoid any transit damage. Orders are normally shipped within 3 working days, but we do try to get orders sent out faster than this. b. "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank or public holidays. a. Returns will only be accepted if you receive the wrong item, it is not as described, or is received damaged. b. To arrange a return, please follow the procedure below; i. Email lulu@theretroco.com within 7 calendar days of receipt requesting a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) reference, providing your name, order number, reason for return and whether you require a replacement (if available) or refund. ii. When returning any goods please include a copy of your invoice and the RGA number to assist traceability upon receipt. iii. Goods must be returned to and received by The Retro Co. within 7 calendar days after issue of RGA number to qualify for a refund. iv. Any goods supplied in the original manufacturers sealed packaging must be returned unopened to qualify for a refund. c. Please ensure returns packages are labelled correctly and adequately packaged, as goods lost in the post, received damaged or in an unfit condition for resale will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and obtaining adequate insurance. At The Retro Co. we are committed to helping to protect the environment, by using good quality recycled packaging wherever possible. Whilst this is a substantial benefit to the environment, it also means that we do not charge you for packaging materials, which saves you money! We endeavour to ensure that the information contained on this site is true and accurate, however we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of reliance on this information. This disclaimer is not intended to affect your statutory rights. In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 The Retro Co. will not sell, share or swap customer information with third parties. a. The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyers required purpose. b. The products sold on this site are in good vintage condition. Whist items may show signs of previous use or minor ageing, we do not deliberately sell items that may be considered damaged or with excessive wear that is detrimental to their appearance. c. Any mains electrical products sold will have been checked and found to be in working order. However for your own safety, we recommend that you arrange to have your purchase tested by a qualified electrician before use. d. To the extent permitted by law the seller excludes any warranties in relation to the product. However, the buyer's statutory rights are not affected. e. The buyer acknowledges that the seller may retain the buyers details provided with this order. The seller confirms that it will not pass these details to other parties without the buyer's written consent, except to the extent required to perform this contract. f. Any sale or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts. g. The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
